How to Improve Your Ads Through the Learnings of Eye Tracking | Felix Beilharz | Social Media Expert | AI in Marketing | Online Marketing | Felix Beilharz GmbH | Germany | Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Content, Social Media, Performance Marketing | Normally, marketers measure ads using KPIs such as CTR, CPC, or ROAS - and that’s great. Felix Beilharz has conducted dozens of eye-tracking analyses on Meta and TikTok ads across various brands. These studies reveal how people actually consume ads: where they look, what captures their attention, and what they completely miss. With this knowledge, participants will be able to guide viewer attention exactly where they want it, avoid distractions and confusion, and ultimately improve all their KPIs. Sounds like magic? Well... it kind of is.This talk is a mix of entertainment, scientific study results, practical examples, and actionable insights that participants can implement the very next day. | Felix Beilharz is the No. 1 Digital Marketing Expert in Germany according to Favikon (2023–2026). Drawing on hands-on case studies across multiple industries, he examines which tactics are driving citations, traffic, and authority inside generative answers - and which widely promoted approaches are quietly failing.Expect concrete data points, before-and-after examples, and a clear-eyed view of how classic SEO principles translate, or do not translate, into the age of large language model (LLM)-powered search. Andre will look at content structures, entity strategies, digital PR leverage, and technical signals that AI systems reward today.Equally important, he will address the tools and workflows that are worth the budget versus those that overpromise and underdeliver. Attendees will leave with an actionable framework to audit their own GEO readiness, prioritize the right investments, and avoid the most common strategic missteps.Whether attendees are just starting to explore AI visibility or already running a mature program, this talk is designed to help them propel their SEO into the generative era with confidence. | Andre Alpar is a seasoned performance marketing expert with over 25 years of experience and a strong background in SEO and GEO. Six months and several thousand readers later, he has data. In this session, Aurimas shares the post-launch reality - which arguments survived contact with the market, which ones he would retract, and the uncomfortable patterns he keeps seeing in agencies that try to copy the model and fail.Expect specific examples from APG Media’s 73-client portfolio, candid lessons from readers who tried to implement the playbook themselves, and a sharper version of the original thesis: not just “small beats large,” but exactly which kinds of small teams win — and which ones are deluding themselves. | Aurimas Paulius Girčys is the founder and CEO of APG Media, a Vilnius-based digital marketing agency with Google Premier Partner status, serving clients across Lithuania and multiple European markets. | 2026-11-11 12:15 - 13:00(GMT+3) | 2026-11-11 | 12:15 | 13:00 | Talk | Hall 2 | The rise of the agents: How to get your brand and marketing strategy ready for autonomous search and the new agentic economy | ![]() | Tom Vaughton | The rise of the agents: How to get your brand and marketing strategy ready for autonomous search and the new agentic economy | Tom Vaughton | CEO | SEO Specialist, Search & Innovation Director | Varn | UK | Agentic Search, AI Visibility, GEO, Marketing | Search marketing is fundamentally shifting, and the days of simply ranking on page one of Google are long gone. Generative engine optimization (GEO) is currently the buzzword, with AI search visibility driving brand awareness and leads. However, brands need to look beyond the generative answer. In this talk, Tom Vaughton and Andy Mollison will share how AI agents like ChatGPT, Claude, and Google’s AI tools will be autonomously searching and transacting on behalf of target audiences and, importantly, what the agentic economy will mean for the future of brand marketing. The traditional goal of winning a click is being replaced by the goal of being selected by an agent. As AI agents begin to search and transact on behalf of users, Tom and Andy will explain how to ensure a brand is “agent-ready” and why brands that rely on traditional SEO models risk total invisibility in an agent-led ecosystem. They will share practical tips on how to build high-trust signals and the technical structures that will allow autonomous systems to verify, cite, and recommend products or services.Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of:* The difference between generative search, which focuses on answers, and agentic search, which focuses on actions. * Why brand authority is the new technical SEO, and how agents verify brand reliability. * The risk of the agentic gap: what happens to revenue when no one clicks links. * A framework for positioning a brand as the preferred choice for AI decision-makers.By the end of the session, attendees will be able to:* Identify the agentic readiness of their current brand. * Understand the technical transparency required for non-human browsers. * Refine their brand narrative to ensure clarity for both AI agents and humans. | Tom Vaughton is the founder and CEO of Varn, an award-winning search marketing and SEO consultancy known for solving complex digital visibility challenges for ambitious brands. With over 25 years of experience in SEO, Tom leads a multidisciplinary team of technical SEO and GEO experts, data analysts, developers, and strategists, including Varn’s dedicated Innovation Team, which is pioneering new approaches to AI, agentic search, and brand visibility. At the forefront of search evolution, Tom and the Varn team work with clients across healthcare, publishing, e-commerce, and B2B sectors to help them stay ahead in a world where AI is reshaping how information is found and trusted online. | 2026-11-12 12:15 - 13:00 (GMT+3) | 2026-11-12 | 12:15 | 13:00 | Talk | Hall 2 | Building a GEO Auditing Platform with AI: 12 Months of Lessons from a Solo Founder | ![]() | Joe Doveton | Building a GEO Auditing Platform with AI: 12 Months of Lessons from a Solo Founder | Joe Doveton | Founder | Product Lead | CEO | GEO Jetpack | UK | AI-assisted Development, Build-in-public, Solo Founder, MarTech SaaS | Twelve months ago, Joe Doveton - a creative director and search engine optimisation (SEO) consultant with no formal engineering background set out to build a generative engine optimisation (GEO) auditing platform from scratch. Today, GEO Jetpack is in production with a dozen enterprise clients, including Lloyd’s Register, The Open University, and Weatherbys Private Bank. Joe built the entire platform without writing code directly, using artificial intelligence (AI) as his primary development partner for architecture, debugging, deployment, and feature design. This session provides an honest account of what that journey was actually like. Joe walks participants through the technical architecture. Node.js and Express on Railway, React on Vercel, PostgreSQL, Clerk for authentication, and integrations with four large language model (LLM) APIs, alongside Google Knowledge Graph, Wikipedia, and Wikidata. He covers production incidents that nearly broke the platform, including a single-character typo in a brand name that resulted in 0% visibility scores for an enterprise client, a PostgreSQL disk-full incident that manifested as silent audit failures, and a shape-mismatch bug that took four hours to resolve and involved five distinct root causes. The session also addresses the strategic decisions that shaped the platform: pricing iterations, the sandbox model for client onboarding, why a free entry-level product was repositioned as a paid product, and how AI-assisted development changes who can build production software.Attendees will leave with a realistic picture of what solo, AI-assisted software-as-a-service (SaaS) development looks like in 2026 - the genuine capabilities, remaining limitations, and workflows that turn AI from a code-completion tool into a development partner. | Joe Doveton is the founder of GEO Jetpack, a generative engine optimisation (GEO) auditing platform that works with enterprise brands, including Lloyd’s Register, The Open University, Weatherbys Private Bank, and NOW: Pensions. He is also a director at Binary Bear, a business-to-business (B2B) consultancy specialising in search engine optimisation (SEO) and GEO.Joe has spent over two decades in digital marketing, having previously built and sold the software-as-a-service (SaaS) product GlobalMaxer. He is a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) trainer and a regular speaker at European search marketing events, including BrightonSEO. His work focuses on the intersection of entity-based SEO, artificial intelligence (AI) search visibility, and practical changes to content architecture that determine whether brands appear in answers generated by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. | joe-doveton-building-a |

| 2026-11-11 15:05 - 15:50 (GMT+3) | 2026-11-11 | 15:05 | 15:50 | Talk | Hall 1 | You Can't Out-Rank an Entity in AI — You Have to Become One | ![]() | Maryanna Franco | You Can't Out-Rank an Entity in AI — You Have to Become One | Maryanna Franco | Founder | SEO & GEO Consultant | BrilliantSEO | Slovenia | AI VIsibility, GEO, SEO For LLMs | Most brands approaching AI visibility are treating it as a ranking problem. They are producing more content, earning more mentions, and building more authority signals - all tactics borrowed from a search mindset and applied to a system that works differently.AI language models reconstruct understanding, i.e., they do not rank pages. When a model answers a question about a industry, it is not retrieving the highest-authority result; it is drawing on everything it has learned about who the relevant players are, what they stand for, and how confidently it can describe them. Brands that appear consistently in those answers are simply better defined. This session introduces the entity definition gap: the real reason two brands with comparable content, comparable links, and comparable press coverage can produce completely different results in ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini. One is a coherent entity across the web. The other is a collection of signals that no model has been able to assemble into a clear picture.Through real brand examples with measurable before-and-after outcomes, Maryanna Franco shows exactly what entity definition looks like in practice: which signals matter, where they need to appear, how they need to connect, and how to audit the current state of one’s own brand in under an hour. The audience will leave with a working framework for diagnosing their entity definition gap, a clear model for fixing it across owned, earned, and third-party sources, and a way to measure progress that connects to business outcomes rather than vanity metrics. This is not a session about the future of SEO. It is a session about what is already deciding which brands get recommended and which ones do not. | Maryanna Franco is an experienced SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO) consultant with over 15 years of experience in digital marketing. She is the founder of BrilliantSEO, an SEO agency based in Slovenia with a focus on conversion-oriented SEO and optimization for AI systems.Maryanna has helped businesses worldwide across e-commerce, SaaS platforms, and service-based industries achieve long-term success through tailored SEO strategies. Her approach goes beyond standard SEO metrics; she focuses on conversion optimization and revenue growth by aligning SEO practices with her clients’ business goals. By combining her expertise in digital marketing with advanced techniques in optimization for AI, Maryanna designs strategies that not only improve rankings and user experience, but also ensure brands are understood, trusted, and recommended by search engines and large language models such as ChatGPT and Google’s AI Overviews, turning visibility into measurable business impact. | maryanna-franco-you-cant |

| 2026-11-12 15:05 - 15:50 (GMT+3) | 2026-11-12 | 15:05 | 15:50 | Talk | Hall 3 | The Messy Middle: Designing Marketing for Non-Linear Customer Journeys | ![]() | Serbay Arda Ayzit | The Messy Middle: Designing Marketing for Non-Linear Customer Journeys | Serbay Arda Ayzit | Founder | Academic Lecturer in Digital Marketing | Insightus Consulting | Turkey | Customer Journey, Consumer Behavior, Media Planning | The traditional marketing funnel - awareness, consideration, conversion - assumes customers move in a straight line. They do not. Google’s landmark “Messy Middle” research revealed that buyers loop endlessly between exploration and evaluation, influenced by cognitive biases, brand mentions, and category cues, often for weeks or months before purchase. Yet most marketing plans, media buys, and attribution models still pretend the funnel is linear. The result: wasted budget, misattributed conversions, and brands that show up at the wrong moment. In this session, Serbay Arda Ayzit dives deep into how modern customer journeys actually work and how to design marketing around them. He covers the six cognitive biases that shape evaluation loops, how to build “category entry points” that make a brand the first thought when a need arises, and how to plan media that maintains presence throughout the messy middle rather than chasing bottom-funnel conversions alone. He also examines why brand and performance are not opposing forces but compounding ones, and how to allocate budget between them with discipline.Attendees will leave with a messy middle mapping framework for their own category, a media planning template designed for non-linear journeys, and a practical method to identify and own the category entry points that drive long-term growth. | Serbay Arda Ayzit has dedicated the past 19 years to the ever-evolving field of digital marketing. His journey began with 15 years in agency environments, where he had the privilege of working with over 300 clients, including global brands such as eBay, L'Oréal, Turkish Airlines, Godiva, and many more. This extensive experience allowed him to dive deep into diverse industries and understand the unique challenges and opportunities each one presents. After his agency tenure, Serbay spent two years on the brand side, gaining invaluable insights into internal brand strategies and consumer engagement from a different perspective. For the past six years, he has also been a university lecturer in digital marketing, sharing his knowledge and passion with students aspiring to make their mark in the industry. | serbay-arda-ayzit-the-messy |

Almost none of them will show what actually produced it.After years of running paid media at scale across Meta, Google, and YouTube, Shmuel Herschberg pulls back the curtain on the operational decisions, testing frameworks, and budget tactics that agencies keep internal because they are too valuable to give away for free. This session is built for brand-side marketers, in-house media buyers, and founders who want to stop being sold to and start knowing what questions to ask. It is also built for agency operators who want an honest look at where most shops are leaving performance on the table.Actionable takeaways:The budget allocation decisions that actually move ROAS, and the ones agencies use to justify their retainers. A creative testing framework that separates signal from noise faster than standard A/B testing approaches. The specific account structure decisions that agencies rarely discuss with clients but that determine campaign profitability. A list of questions every brand should be asking its agency every month, and what the answers reveal. How to read a media report and identify where performance is being managed and where it is being vs. where it is being manufactured | Shmuel Herschberg is a performance marketing operator and growth strategist with over a decade of experience scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) and e-commerce brands through paid media, creative systems, and funnel optimization. During a neuroscience study exploring responses to marketing stimuli, Giulia Panozzo uncovered an unexpected pattern that challenged assumptions about what truly drives attention and decision-making.This talk explores what happens before the click — all of the behavioural signals, both implicit and explicit, that shape choices before people search, click, or consciously evaluate a brand. Drawing on neuroscience, behavioural research, and real-world marketing examples, Giulia Panozzo will provide attendees with a practical framework for understanding the forces that influence decisions upstream, along with actionable ways to build stronger brand salience, create more memorable experiences, and optimise for long-term preference rather than visibility alone. | Giulia Panozzo is a neuroscientist-turned-marketer who specialises in applying insights from brain science to search behaviour and user experience through her consultancy, Neuroscientive. The question nobody answers honestly is when teams should actually allow it.In this deep dive, Dorka Nagy-Józsa walks through the decision logic for handing real control to an AI agent. Different teams own different channels: email has its own data, mobile has its own playbook, social runs separate campaigns, and loyalty operates independently. Each team optimizes for its own metric, with its own customer view, often with its own customer data. The result is fragmentation by default. This is not because teams are unaligned, but because the systems literally cannot align. This presentation explores what unified architecture looks like:One customer record that serves all channels, not separate lists for email, mobile, and social One source of truth about what a customer has seen, done, and should see next One set of brand rules that apply everywhere, not brand guidelines that live in a document no one opensThe key insight is that consistency is not enforced through training or culture, but built into the architecture. When an organization’s customer data layer, segmentation logic, and message delivery are unified, coherence becomes the path of least resistance.Daria Nemchonok will show how Braze collapses silos into a single unified platform and how unified architecture turns consistency from aspirational to automatic. | 2026-11-12 10:10 - 10:55 (GMT+3) | 2026-11-12 | 10:10 | 10:55 | Talk | Hall 4 | Why Customer Journey Mapping Is the Overlooked Foundation of AI-Era Content Strategy | ![]() | Vivek Shankar | Why Customer Journey Mapping Is the Overlooked Foundation of AI-Era Content Strategy | Vivek Shankar | Head of Content and AEO | Krossings | Portugal | Buyer Journey, Customer Journey Mapping, Prompt Tracking, AEO | Most organic content strategies still start with keywords or, more recently, with a list of prompts pulled from a tool. Both approaches skip the step that actually determines whether any of it works: knowing what buyers need to know at each stage of their decision-making process and in what order. This talk makes the case that customer journey mapping is not a nice-to-have for content teams - it is the missing input that determines everything downstream. Without it, teams guess which prompts matter, chase ideal customer profile (ICP) questions with no sense of priority, and end up with content coverage that is heavy at the top and bottom of the funnel but empty in the middle - exactly where buyers are doing the most active comparison, whether that comparison happens in a search engine or an AI-generated answer.Vivek Shankar will show how journey mapping reframes three things content teams currently do blindly: which prompts and queries are actually worth tracking for AI visibility, which ICP questions deserve dedicated content rather than a passing mention, and where the real coverage gaps lie across the buyer’s journey - not just in traffic terms, but in whether the right content exists for the right buyer at the right moment in their decision-making process.Attendees will leave with a simple way to map their own buyer journeys and use that map to prioritise content and prompt-tracking decisions rather than working backwards from whatever a keyword or prompt tool happens to surface. | Vivek Shankar is a B2B content, SEO, and answer engine optimisation (AEO) consultant based in Lisbon. He works with B2B SaaS and fintech clients on content strategy, SEO audits, and AI search visibility. He also holds a senior leadership role at Krossings, a go-to-market (GTM) engineering startup, where he leads AEO workstreams and client delivery. Before moving into content and SEO, Vivek spent several years in institutional finance and foreign exchange (FX) journalism, working with J.P. Morgan, RBS, and Freddie Mac. This background shapes his emphasis on evidence, sourcing, and precision in how brands build authority with both search engines and AI systems. His work centers on helping in-house marketing teams understand why strong content and SEO programmes often fail to translate into AI visibility and which specific, practical changes can close that gap. | vivek-shankar-why-customer |

Maryanna Franco’s workshop teaches them what to be. By the end of this half-day session, every participant will have completed a live entity audit of their own brand and will leave with a prioritised action plan. What the workshop covers: The session runs in three blocks. Block 1 — Diagnose: Participants run a structured entity audit on their brand. Maryanna helps them identify exactly where the definition gaps are — inconsistent facts across sources, missing relationship signals, weak or absent structured data — and score their severity. This is the stage most brands skip entirely, which is why their AI visibility efforts stall. Block 2 — Build: Using the Entity Definition Framework, participants map out what their brand needs to state, where it needs to be stated, and how those signals need to connect across owned, earned, and third-party sources. This becomes a coherence brief — the difference between a brand that AI systems recognise as a defined entity and one they treat as a cluster of loosely related pages. Block 3 — Prioritise: Not every fix carries equal weight. Participants leave with a scored action list ranked by impact and effort, so their team knows what to do first, second, and what to stop doing entirely. Who this is for: Marketing managers, SEO leads, and digital marketing directors at mid-to-large companies who are already running content and SEO programmes and want to understand why those programmes are not translating into AI visibility and what specific changes to make. | Maryanna Franco is an experienced SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO) consultant with over 15 years of experience in digital marketing. Her approach goes beyond standard SEO metrics; she focuses on conversion optimization and revenue growth by aligning SEO practices with her clients’ business goals. The design-system part is the most surprising - for years, that was the slowest and most expensive piece of any website build. Astro on its own would be worth a session: the islands model, the built-in search engine optimization (SEO) and schema support, and the way it treats content collections. | 2026-11-10 09:00 - 17:00 (GMT+2) | 2026-11-10 | 09:00 | 17:00 | Workshop | Entity Strategies That help you Get Ahead | ![]() | Genie Jones | Entity Strategies That help you Get Ahead | Genie Jones | Knowledge Graph Manager | InLinks | UK | Entity SEO, EntityMap, Structured Data, Applications In AI, Aplications In SEO, | Most SEOs still think in keywords. Search engines stopped thinking that way over a decade ago. Since Google acquired Freebase in 2010 and built its Knowledge Graph on top of it, ranking has been driven by entities: the concepts, people, places, and things that keywords merely point at. A brand that optimises for keywords without understanding the entity underneath is optimising for a system that no longer exists. This workshop takes attendees through the full arc of entity strategy in one day. It starts with the concept itself: what an entity actually is, how search engines assign salience to it, and why this replaced keyword density as the thing that matters. It moves into practical application: how to structure internal linking around entities so a site's own architecture teaches search engines what it knows. It then extends the same thinking into AI: EntityMap, a structured knowledge layer that declares entities explicitly for AI retrieval systems, addressing the same disambiguation problem that schema markup solves for traditional search, but built for how AI systems actually retrieve and reason. The day closes by pivoting to measurement: how to track whether AI systems are representing a brand's entities correctly, and what to do when they are not. This is not four separate topics loosely grouped together. It is one idea followed all the way through: entities are the unit search engines and AI systems actually work with. Understand the unit, structure a site around it, declare it explicitly, then measure whether the message landed. Session 1: What is an entity (09:00 to 10:55, 1h 55m) ● Teaching (25 min): Entity salience explained. Term frequency versus relative frequency (why entity stuffing does not work). Positional salience (why your most important entity belongs in the title and early in the content). Semantic salience (why interlinked, related entities on a page strengthen the whole document's authority in the Knowledge Graph). ● Hands-on (40 min): Attendees take their three most important pages and run them through the free InLinks Entity Analyzer to see how many of the page's entities have actually been indexed by Google. Where the number falls short of expectation, identify what is missing. ● Discussion (15 min): Group review of findings. What patterns show up across different sites and industries. What a low entity count actually signals about a page. Session 2: Internal linking based on entities (11:20 to 13:00, 1h 40m) ● Teaching (15 min): Anchor text and synonyms. Why linking toward your most important pages using varied, contextually appropriate language (not just the exact keyword) improves how search engines read the relationship between pages. ● Hands-on (50 min): Attendees map their own site's entity structure using InLinks: identify the core entity for each key page, check whether supporting content correctly links back to the right hub, and flag any pages that try to cover more than one main entity. ● Discussion (10 min): Common structural problems found in the room, and how to prioritise fixing them. Session 3: EntityMap (14:00 to 15:30, 1h 30m) ● Teaching (20 min): How EntityMap reduces hallucinations. Declared relationships between entities (predicates like CONFLICTS_WITH, IMPROVES) give AI systems an explicit reasoning path instead of forcing them to infer one from unstructured prose. Real evidence: what happened when an EntityMap was installed on waikay.io, including a 48-hour reversal of a three-month score decline. ● Hands-on (35 min): Attendees draft their first EntityMap entity set using the reference prompt, working from the entities and hub pages identified in Session 2. ● Discussion (10 min): How the entity work from the morning sessions feeds directly into what goes in the EntityMap. Session 4: AI visibility and entity tracking (15:55 to 17:00, 1h 05m) ● Hands-on (25 min): Attendees run a live measurement of how an AI platform currently describes their brand's core entity or entities, comparing it against what they actually claim on their site. ● Group presentations and wrap (20 min): Attendees share their single most important finding from the day and their top priority action. Key takeaways and resources. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to: ● Understand entity salience: term frequency, positional salience, and semantic salience, and how each affects ranking ● Audit a page's entity coverage using the InLinks Entity Analyzer and identify gaps ● Build an internal linking structure around entity hub pages, applying the one-entity-per-page principle ● Use synonym-based anchor text to strengthen entity relationships across a site ● Understand how EntityMap extends entity disambiguation from schema markup into live AI retrieval ● Draft a first EntityMap entity set for their own brand ● Measure how accurately an AI platform currently represents their brand's key entities, and build a 90-day action plan to improve it Who this workshop is for ● Content strategists and information architects responsible for site structure and internal linking ● Agency practitioners looking to extend entity SEO into AI visibility as a service offering ● In-house marketing and content teams who want their site and their AI presence to say the same thing Participants should have a working understanding of SEO fundamentals. No prior knowledge of entity SEO, schema markup, or AI visibility measurement is required. The workshop builds every concept from first principles before moving to hands-on application. Participants should come with: ● A laptop with internet access. ● A free InLinks account, or willingness to sign up during the first session. ● Access to at least one AI platform (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or Claude) for the Session 4 measurement exercise | Genie Jones is a Knowledge Graph Manager at Waikay and InLinks, where she guides the entity SEO practice and has spent five years shaping one of the most established knowledge graphs in the industry.A first-class graduate in Language, Culture and Communications from the University of Warwick, Genie brings a rare perspective to technical SEO - one rooted in the intersection of language and data. Mateusz Masiczak walks the group through the full setup he uses to run a four-person marketing team alongside more than 30 artificial intelligence (AI) agents: structuring the repository, writing context files - such as brand voice, ideal customer profile (ICP), and an offer library - that agents actually use, creating the first skills as plain-language playbooks, connecting real tools via application programming interfaces (APIs) and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and assembling agents into departments with defined roles and outputs. The day is organised around one deliverable: by the end, each participant will have a functioning system that can plan and draft a multichannel campaign - including landing page copy, advertising variants for each platform, and a consistent message across channels - from a single offer brief. The workshop covers the full technology stack used in production at Synergy Codes, including the necessary guardrails: when deterministic scripts are more reliable than large language model (LLM) outputs, how to review agent output at scale, and which decisions should always remain in human hands.Participants need a laptop and a Claude account; no coding background is required. They will leave with their own repository, a template library, and a 30-day adoption plan for their team. | Mateusz Masiczak is a Marketing Manager who leads a team of marketers and artificial intelligence (AI) agents and runs his marketing function entirely through a marketing operating system (Marketing OS): a repository of skills, agents, and scripts that handles most of the team’s work, from multichannel campaign production to day-to-day workflows. He previously worked as a senior branding expert at Boeing and led marketing projects at UBS. He is certified in PRINCE2 and AgilePM and writes about AI-native marketing operations. He shares his systems, templates, and honest failure stories on LinkedIn. | mateusz-masiczak-build-your |
