About

Mateusz Masiczak is a Marketing Manager who leads a team of marketers and artificial intelligence (AI) agents and runs his marketing function entirely through a marketing operating system (Marketing OS): a repository of skills, agents, and scripts that handles most of the team’s work, from multichannel campaign production to day-to-day workflows. He previously worked as a senior branding expert at Boeing and led marketing projects at UBS. He is certified in PRINCE2 and AgilePM and writes about AI-native marketing operations. He shares his systems, templates, and honest failure stories on LinkedIn.

Mateusz Masiczak | Build your MarketingOS in one day: From empty folder to working AI department

Marketing Operations, AI Agents, Context Engineering, AI Marketing Teams

In this hands-on session, participants build their own working marketing operating system (Marketing OS) from scratch - on their own laptops and for their own brands. Mateusz Masiczak walks the group through the full setup he uses to run a four-person marketing team alongside more than 30 artificial intelligence (AI) agents: structuring the repository, writing context files - such as brand voice, ideal customer profile (ICP), and an offer library - that agents actually use, creating the first skills as plain-language playbooks, connecting real tools via application programming interfaces (APIs) and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and assembling agents into departments with defined roles and outputs.

The day is organised around one deliverable: by the end, each participant will have a functioning system that can plan and draft a multichannel campaign - including landing page copy, advertising variants for each platform, and a consistent message across channels - from a single offer brief.

The workshop covers the full technology stack used in production at Synergy Codes, including the necessary guardrails: when deterministic scripts are more reliable than large language model (LLM) outputs, how to review agent output at scale, and which decisions should always remain in human hands.

Participants need a laptop and a Claude account; no coding background is required. They will leave with their own repository, a template library, and a 30-day adoption plan for their team.
