About

Dorka Nagy-Józsa is the CEO and co-founder of Y2Y Ltd., a Budapest-based leadership development and organizational coaching company. An ICF PCC-certified coach and international keynote speaker active across more than 14 countries, she is known for combining leadership expertise with practical AI implementation.

What sets her apart from most people speaking about AI is that she doesn't just talk about it - she builds it. She has designed and shipped a range of working AI systems, from an autonomous social media agent that runs her company's content across multiple platforms, to a multi-assessment B2B platform and an automated lead-management pipeline.

She brings the rare combination of a behavioral and leadership lens with genuine hands-on technical execution. She is also the author of the CEE’s most-read leadership blog. Her work focuses on one practical question: how organizations and the people within them actually adopt new technology - and what breaks when they don't.

Dorka Nagy-Jozsa | When Do You Let the Agent Press Publish? The Logic of Handing Real Control to AI

Marketing Automation, AI Agents, Autonomous Workflows, AI Governance

Most marketers have learned to use AI as a copilot it drafts, it suggests, it assists, but a human always presses the button. The real leap, and the real risk, is autopilot: letting an agent act on its own, with no human in the loop. The question nobody answers honestly is when teams should actually allow it.

In this deep dive, Dorka Nagy-Józsa walks through the decision logic for handing real control to an AI agent. Not the hype, but the mechanics: what can be safely delegated, what should never be automated, where the guardrails go, and the concrete signals that tell a team an agent is finally ready to publish without human approval.
