Workshop

Daphne Monro | Preparing Your Website for the Agentic Web: A Practical Playbook

Agentic Web, GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), AI Search, AI Agents, Schema Markup, Structured Data, Site Architecture, Technical SEO, Machine-readable Content, Content Structuring, Metadata Optimisation, Agent-friendly Websites, AI-driven Discovery, LLM Optimisation, Personalised Search, Site Audits, Internal Linking, Crawlability, CRO, Future Of Search

As artificial intelligence (AI) agents increasingly browse, evaluate, and act on behalf of users, websites must now serve two audiences: humans and the agents acting for them. This full-day workshop is a hands-on playbook, not a trend overview. Daphne Monro walks participants through the concrete technical and content changes needed to make any website legible to AI agents and optimised for agentic search—covering how to structure content for machine parsing, adapt metadata and schema for agent comprehension, rethink site architecture and internal linking for non-linear agent navigation, and build the signals that enable agents to surface and recommend pages accurately.

The workshop includes a live audit of a real website, demonstrating exactly what to prioritise and how to measure whether the changes are working, followed by guided exercises in which participants apply the same framework to their own sites. By the end of the workshop, attendees will have a prioritised, ready-to-use checklist that they can apply immediately to any website, regardless of its platform or industry.
