This session delivers a full day of CRO, with basic concepts to optimize (mainly) ecommerce sites for conversion. We go through main page types and typical mistakes, USPs, user experience, optimization methods and much more.

The workshop is hands on and practical, with only minimal theory and lots of examples and practical recommendations and some tasks that the participants have to do in groups or individually.

The workshop also touches on optimization for AI Agents, as that is a growing part of ecommerce and CRO and an ever changing scene. This is an area of extreme interest on my part, which I believe will be a vital area to know about for all ecommerce and digital marketing professionals.
